Oh hey cutie. Welcome to this month’s ‘Faves’ post with everything I’m loving this September.
I’ve mixed things up a bit with the structure of these posts with specific titles I’m going to try to fill in each month. I figured that would mean I’m always showing you a good mix of what’s going on in my life and what products I’m obsessed with each month. So yeah, hope you like it. Here’s the September edit.
September Faves 2017
This Month I’m Wearing… My New Superdry Backpack
I actually got my mitts on this beaut black leather backpack from Superdry before I went to Berlin to go to Lollapalooza festival. I figured it would be a great shout as it’s easy to carry but also big enough to hold my camera. But then I got there and realised that not only were you not allowed to bring in DSLR cameras but you also weren’t allowed to bring in backpacks… Yeah the bag thing was pretty strict and you were only allowed tote bags or bum bags. Weird.
But anyway, all is not lost, because this bag is a total winner and has now become my everyday bag! Literally the perfect size and really good quality so I feel like it’s going to last a while, y’know?
This Month I’m Using… Anatomicals Beauty Products
The babes at Anatomicals sent me a couple of pretty neat products I’ve been using this month – their ‘the buff stuff’ citrus body scrub and ‘giving good head’ (lol) deep conditioning coconut and honey hair mask. They both smell SO GOOD and aren’t budget-bustingly expensive, so I’m all over them.
I’m particularly obsessed with the hair mask. I’ve never really been a hair mask girl, it just feels like extra effort, but actually the 5 mins of leaving it to soak in was really worth it. It made my hair super soft, less frizzy and smelt delicious!
This Month I’m Watching… Bojack Horseman on Netflix
“Doggy doggy what now?”
Okay, I’m actually watching a lot this month, but season 4 of Bojack Horseman has definitely been a highlight. I swear that show is way more emotional and deeper than a non-cartoon show. I just really love it and recommend a watch.
Also on my TV this month has been How To Get Away With Murder, Narcos and Daredevil. It’s totally acceptable to binge-watch everything now that it’s Autumn, right?
This Month I’m Reading… Wanderful by Andi Eaton
Ooh this book is just me all over. Wanderful is one great big lookbook for stylish travellers. Andi travels the US style-scouting and putting together ideas for the perfect outfits to wear in each gorgeous location. There’s lots of bohemian and vintage style that is totally up my street and if nothing else will make you want to road trip across the US with your bestest girlfriends. Actually yeah, can we do that?
Anyway, it’s full of really beautiful photos of fashion and travel so has earned a place in my painstakingly-curated pile of coffee table books. You should definitely check it out.
This Month I’m Booking… A Weekend Away in November!
Yay for more trips this year! I can’t tell you how organised I’ve had to be to fit this many trips into the year with just 24 days annual leave. But I’m really happy with how much I’ve accomplished and I thought another cheeky European getaway would be a fantastic use of my last 2 days of holiday!
I’m still figuring out where to go, but currently looking at cities in Poland. If you have any recommendations, please let me know in the comments below!
This Month I’m Eating… Butter Bean & Chorizo Stew
My meal of the moment is this insanely delicious butter bean, chorizo and spinach stew I stumbled upon on the Tesco website believe it or not! (Recipe link here) It’s so delicious and is literally winter in a bowl. Just the perfect dinner for this time of year when it starts to get cold outside and you play the when-is-it-acceptable-to-turn-the-heating-on game. You know the one.
That’s all for now folks, roll on all the Halloween fun next month! And then you know what that means… CHRISTMAS. Fuck, I’m excited.

Total Blogger Transparency: This post contains a couple of press samples but all thoughts and opinions expressed are my own. I wouldn’t play you like that, shorty.
Bojack Horseman is amazing! I love it! x
