Ramble & Rove: A Travel Journal

I love a good travel journal. And none are quite as beautiful as Ramble & Rove: A Travel Journal by John Robshaw. The lovely printed fabric cover with contrast stitching were enough to grab my attention (I clearly judge a book by it’s cover). But luckily it’s just as beautiful inside.

Ramble & Rove: A Travel JournalThis travel guide is one of those fun ones that guides you on what to write. Rather than a diary, it asks you to record your surroundings with details I never would have thought to remember. For example, one page asks ‘While exploring, write down the names of the towns and streets you pass. It won’t be so easy to remember ‘Vouliagment’ next year – or in ten years’. I quite like that one. Street names are always interesting in a new destination and not something I would have thought of jotting down.

Ramble & Rove: A Travel JournalA great element of this lovely little journal is also it’s beautifully printed pages and borders. Globally-inspired, the ikats and florals and aztec prints are really lovely.
