The latest on the High Street for your travelling wardrobe.

Specifications: Easy to wear. Stylish. No need to iron. Rolls up small.

August Shopping Tip: Autumn/Winter 2012 ranges have just started to hit down in stores so it’s starting to get tricky. But this is prime time for making the most of the summer sales.

The transitional range in Topshop is still quite summery – great dresses in bright colours and printed shorts. Round sunglasses are very on trend right now.

A few little summer gems left in Miss Selfridge like the fringed tee. And the Autumn/Winter ’12 range means nice checked shirts for a cover up option or a light jacket for cooler nights abroad.

Still some hi-tops in River Island for your trainer option of footwear. And still some nice bikinis on offer – they won’t last long though so hurry!

As an online retailer, ASOS have summer clothes all year round – a massive plus if you’re leaving in January. So there are still a lot of summer dresses and flat sandals about. Also some sarong options. And for any plus-size backpackers, the ASOS Curve range is full of summery options.

New Look are still big on denim shorts options. And the bottom row of the picture are all SALE options. Get involved!

Lots of studded cross-body bags on offer that are GORGEOUS. As well as beautiful hair accessories.

So get shopping backpackers!
